Following the 2017 Grenfell disaster Event Fire Solutions Ltd (EFS) was one of the first companies to provide waking watch services for buildings at risk whether externally from applied exterior coatings/cladding or internally through the ineffective fire stopping and loss of fire compartmentalisation. 
We specialize in providing qualified fire warden personnel from a combination of professional serving and recently retired fire fighters as well as fully trained fire wardens. Over the last 4 years we have provided waking watch services to local authority councils, national housing associations and private companies across the UK. Our services include waking watch fire Wardens, temporary wireless fire alarm systems and all types of firefighting equipment. Alert all residents and instigate a safe evacuation of the building. 
Patrol to ensure the fire safety of buildings and residents. 
We provide fire safety strategies, utilizing our complete suite of standard operating procedures, Fire risk assessments, fire prevention advice, testing of active fire safety equipment and training. 
 
Our clients receive comprehensive digital end of month reports of occurrences, test results and updates on site specific community projects. All our waking watch site personnel utilize radio communications and the latest patrol recording technology providing 24/7 customer assurance that residents and properties are being fully patrolled and protected.

We were required to act quickly when the legislation changed and the LFB required a waking watch to be in place. EFS reacted with efficiency and professionalism effecting a quick set up from commissioning. Accommodation was arrange in void flats within the blocks and a 24 hour control placed in the local estate office. All of the staff were professional and organised , and I did not receive any complaints, only complements from residents who were reassured by their presence.
